<p>PURPOSE:To simplify a device by displaying the conduction capacity of an overlap part of conductive plates, which are stuck to upper faces of an inner wheel and an outer wheel, as the tape tension value. CONSTITUTION:The cassette enclosure of a cassette type tape tension measuring instrument 1 is set into a tape recorder. When the reproducing mode is set, a tension acts on a magnetic tape (T) 7 between a supply reel (R) 10 and a capstan (C) 45 by the (C) 45 and a back tension acts on the T 7 between a take-up R 43 and the C 45. When turning of an outer wheel and an inner wheel 11 is stopped by an incorporated spiral spring, the difference of turning displacement between inner and outer wheels 11 and 14 is detected by the change of the electrostatic capacity of the overlap part of conductive plates 15 and 17 and is outputted to an electrostatic capacity meter 33 through contact rings 16 and 18, brushes 19A and 19B, and connectors 31 and 34, and the tape tension value is displayed. The back tension value is displayed on the meter 35. In the recording mode, they are measured and displayed similarly. Thus, the device is made simple and economic.</p> |
