摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the fin of a high rate of heat radiation easily at low cost by forming a wide fin substrate section continuing to separately independent or multiply-connected one ends fitted to the grooves of a substrate in cylindrical, semicylindrical or square cylindrical structure. CONSTITUTION:Plane-shaped plates projected by slitting or slotting the wide fin substrate sections 7 from both sides of the boundary sections of both the multi- throw type one end sides 6 of the fin and the substrate sections 7 at proper fin fitting intervals from the one end sides 6 are punched and molded from an aluminum plate or an aluminum alloy plate. When the fin substrate sections 7 are rounded, cylindrical radiant sections 8 can be formed, when the fin substrate sections 7 are rounded to U-shaped forms or semicircles, semicylindrical radiant sections 8' and when the fin substrate sections 7 are bent triangularly, triangular cylindrical radiant sections 8'' respectively. With the multi-throw type cylindrical or semicylindrical fins obtained in this manner, the multi-throw type one end sides are fitted into the grooves 3 of the substrate 2, and surface sections adjacent to the grooves 3 of the substrate 2 are caulked through a normal method, thus cualking and combining the multi-throw type fins to the substrate at the same time.
