PURPOSE:To laminate films on the outer peripheral surface of a molding in an appropriate state by prepinching the upper and lower section of a parison hanging down and providing a stretching means to stretch the parison in the up and down direction and a preblowing means for preblowing the parison synchronously with stretching. CONSTITUTION:A parison 2 composed of thermoplastic resin as a base is extruded by an accumulator head 3 and films 17, 17 are set on both outer side sections of the same. After that, a blow pin 5 is set in the parison 2, and then the upper section of the parison 2 is prepinched with arms 15, 15 of a product release device 7, while the lower section of the same are prepinched with arms 31, 31 of a lower prepinching device 30. The parison 2 is pulled in the up and down direction and stretched in said direction by actuating air cylinders 18 and 32 in the prepinching state. Simultaneously with said stretching, compressed air is blown from the blow pin 5 into the parison to carry out preblowing. After preblowing, the mold is closed and main blowing is carried out to form a molding 16 with laminated films 17 on its surface. |
