<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the desired common information of an operator in each function and to obtain information, which are mutually independent, by setting the main function and sub-function, for example, concerning the plural respective function and executing the control of the information to be used in each function on the basis of this setting. CONSTITUTION:A character processor equips a control means to execute first control to read the information from any one of plural storing means 10, which correspond to the set function, in correspondence to a switch setting 1 and to obtain the information as the contents of a holding means and second control to read the information from the holding means and to obtain the information as the contents of any one of the plural storing means 10, which correspond to the set function, and a control setting means 3 to cause the first and second control in the control means to correspond to the respective holding means and storing means 10. Thus, since the main function of sub-function, for example, are set concerning the respective plural function and the control of the information, which are used in each function, is executed on the basis of this setting, the common information, which are desired by the operator, can be obtained in each function and simultaneously, the information to be mutually independent can be also obtained.</p> |
