PURPOSE:To surely enable starting under self control in a device where slipping of drive wheels against a road surface is restrained by controlling torque to the drive wheel by prohibiting slip control upon starting. CONSTITUTION:Generation of torque is controlled by controlling the opening of a throttle valve 13 arranged at an intake path 12 of an engine 6. The throttle valve 13 is controlled at its opening by controlling operation of a throttle actuator 14 controlled by a control unit U. Excessive slipping on a road surface is prevented by controlling generation of torque, i.e. torque to drive wheels. In such a device, when starting of a vehicle is detected by means of detection signals from a vehicle speed sensor 64, acceleration opening sensor 67 and the like, the aforesaid slip control is prohibited, and starting is performed by driver's self control. |
