PURPOSE:To miniaturize and make it compact the whole of the hydraulic rotary machine and enable to prevent leakage of oil surely by a method wherein a cylinder device, constituting an actuator for controlling slanted rotation, is arranged in a casing and is accommodated at the inside of a valve plate. CONSTITUTION:The cylinder device 22, pushing the valve plate 21 to move it into a direction varying the slanted rotation together with a cylinder block 4, is accommodated at the inside of the valve plate 21 in the casing 1 between the bored positions of suction and exhaust ports 9, 10. An energizing spring 34 is extended between the side face of the valve plate 21, which is opposing to a cylinder chamber 23, and a spring seat 35 provided on the casing 1, while the valve plate 21 is energized at all times by said spring 34 into a direction opposing to the moving of the valve plate 21 pushed by the cylinder device 22. According to this method, the whole of the hydraulic rotary machine may be miniaturized and the leakage of oil may be prevented. |
