PURPOSE:To enhance heating efficiency so as to perform desired temperature rise by fixing a heating element for heating a throttle body unit, with respect to the body unit. CONSTITUTION:In a heater (heating element) 50 for heating a throttle body, a heating unit 54 including ceramic PTC element 53 made of barium titanate is arranged at the position around the opening of a mounting plate 52 having an opening 51 at the same position as a fuel path of the throttle body. The heater 50 transmits heat generated at the heating unit 54 through a heat transmission plate 55 ranging the whole area. It is thus possible to perform desired temperature rise in a short time as well as to enhance heating efficiency.
