发明名称 SMELT-REFINING METHOD FOR SOLID IRON SOURCE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To decrease the amt. of the dust to be generated and to maintain the S distribution ratio of slag and molten iron at a high ratio by controlling the concn. of T.Fe in the slag during smelt-refining and lowering the concn. of the T.Fe in the slag while increasing the concn. of C by lowering the blowing rate at the end period of melting. CONSTITUTION:The concn. of the T.Fe in the slag is controlled to >=4% during the smelt-refining in the initial period and middle period at the time of using solid carbon as a heat source and melting a solid iron source such as scrap. The concn. of the C during melting is increased by lowering the oxygen blowing speed while the carburization speed is maintained constant in the end period of the melting. The concn. of the T.Fe in the slag is so controlled as to attain <=2% at the time of blowing out. The amt. of the dust to be generated during the refining is thereby decreased and the desulfurization power of the slag is enhanced.</p>
