<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate installation of a cover and to prevent separation and flapping due to wind by mooring the side edges of a body cover to a pair of right and left arms which can be freely expanded and contracted by fluid pressure and turned between the horizontal state and the vertical state by a lever. CONSTITUTION:A body cover attaching and detaching device is positioned at a designated place by positioning members 7, 7. Secondly, a pump 13 is operated to elongate upright arms 3 to spread a body cover 17. Subsequently, a shaft 6 is turned by a lever 9 to detach the arms 3, 3 from a holder 8 so that the arms are placed at horizontal positions on both sides of a car body A as shown in the drawing. At the time of detaching the cover 17, the operation is reversed. By this arrangement, the cover can be attached and detached by oneself and flapping and separation due to wind can be prevented.</p> |
