FREELY EXTENSIBLE TYPE ELECTRIC KNIFE SURGICAL APPARATUS AND METHOD

PURPOSE: To make treatment in a deep and limited operation part easy by holding flexibly to slide a flexible length electrode at the end part where a vacuum tube extends selectively controlled manually. CONSTITUTION: An extendable unit 11 is fixed at a top end of the electric scalpel. An extendable electrode/scalpel 13 is extendable in the fore direction of the extendable unit 11 and at the same time is possible to pull in the extendable unit 11. Further, the vacuum port 15 is extendable to the front direction of the electric scalpel 9. In order to control exposing part of the electrode/ scalpel from a front end of the extendable unit 11, a manual type sliding element 17 is fixed on the pulling type electrode/scalpel 13.
