PURPOSE:To obtain reliability in a high vacuum without requiring an airtightness holding function for a movable portion by using a superconducting material having the critical point within the required temperature range of an equipment as a coil. CONSTITUTION:A coil 1 made of a conducting material having the critical point within the required temperature range of an equipment, a permanent magnet 3 arranged at the position where the magnetic field repulsive against the magnetic field generated by the current flowing through this coil, a terminal 6 temporarily feeding the current to the coil 1, a radiating plate 4 radiating the heat of the equipment to the universe space, and a spring 5 supporting the repulsive force received by t//he coil 1 from the permanent magnet 3 are provided. The superconducting material having the critical point within the required temperature range of the heat generating equipment is used for the coil 1, thereby an airtight mechanism required when saturated vapor is used in a movable portion is not required, and the reliability in a high vacuum is improved. |
