PURPOSE:To compensate for an angle position error at each step, by detecting a step position on every unit-step rotation with a detecting means, and by driving a micro-stepping motor based on the previously stored angle position error. CONSTITUTION:In a ROM 6, data on the number of micro-steps compensated about an angle position error data on every step at the time of driving a stepping motor 3 with a micro-step driver 5 is stored for one turn from the reference position of the stepping motor 3. By a reference position detecting sensor 7, the rotor position of the stepping motor 3 at each step is detected, and a position data is fed to a CPU 8. By the CPU 8, from a step information fed to it, the number of micro-steps based on the angle position error at each step stored in the ROM 6 is read, and at a position for diminishing the angle position error at the step, the rotor of the stepping motor 3 is positioned. |
