The compsn. for low viscosity mixed fuel comprises BC oil 70-90 wt.%, light oil 5-20 wt.%, water 2-20 wt.% MeOH 2-5 wt.% and surfactant (span-80 and tween-40) 0.002-1.0 wt.%. The novel compsn. shows 30- 60 c.p. viscosity at 25 deg.C to remove the need of preheating for combustion.
