The invention relates to a device for simultaneous measurements of the force and direction of a fluid. It consists of a dissymmetric mobile assembly, whose angular position and instantaneous angular speed are continuously measured. The deceleration and acceleration phases are interpreted by a programmed circuit which deduces therefrom the force and the speed of the fluid. <IMAGE>
