PURPOSE:To eliminate retransmission to the subscriber terminal of a telephone number at the time of the alteration or abolition of the said telephone number, and to reduce a communication charge by sound-recording a signal which can be detected with a voice responding device at a talkie device in a telephone network as well, and reporting the detection of the signal to a host computer at the time of the detection in the voice responding device. CONSTITUTION:When a voice responding device 1 receives a transmission request from a host computer 50, it calls a telephone network 10, the telephone network 10 calls a called telephone set 70, and when the telephone set 70 responds, the network 10 transmits a incoming call response signal to the voice responding device 1. Based on this, the voice responding device 1 requires the input of a code number to the subscriber of the called telephone set 70. Thereafter, when the signal detected by a PB signal receiver 22 or voice recognition 60 corresponds to the signal sound-recorded in a talkie device 11, it is transmitted to the host computer 50 that the signal has arrived at the talkie device 11, and a line is disconnected. When the host computer 50 receives the report of the arrival of the signal at the talkie device 11, it judges that the said telephone number is altered or abolished, and it stops the retransmission to the said telephone number thereafter. |
