PURPOSE:To reduce energy consumption at a low traffic time and to cause call data transferring quantity to be efficient at a high traffic time by adding function to skip the turning-on and off operation of a radio transmitter only at the high traffic time. CONSTITUTION:An output control device has a radio transmitter 1, a radio paging terminal 2, a route 3 for call data transferring, a route 4 for turning-on and off control and a network, and the radio paging terminal 2 detects the traffic quantity of a line. Then, the control of the radio transmitter 1 is executed in correspondence to the detected traffic quantity. Here, by adding the function to skip the turning-on and off operation of the radio transmitter 1 only at the high traffic time, the output of the ratio transmitter 1 is periodically turned-on and off after call data are sent at the low traffic time and the turning-on and off operation of the output of the radio transmitter 1 is skipped at the high traffic time. Thus, the energy consumption of the radio transmitter can be decreased at the low traffic time and the transferring quantity of the call data can be made efficient at the high traffic time. |
