<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a compact gas separation system by providing the lamellate dust collection electrodes to the positions parallel to the gas separation membrane modules and providing discharge electrodes to the upstream part of the gas to be treated between the lamellate electrodes. CONSTITUTION:The lamellate electrodes 12 are alternately combined and provided to the positions parallel to the gas separation modules 3. The electrodes 13 consisting of a metallic small-gage wire are provided to the upstream part of the gas 6 to be treated which flows between the lamellate electrodes 12. Ionic wind is allowed to flow toward the lamellate electrodes 12 from the electrodes 13 by impressing DC or AC high voltage between respective electrodes 12, 13. Therefore this is made to a blowing means of the gas 6 to be treated. Further the upper and lower faces of the gas separation modules 3 are covered by the gas separation membranes and those intervals are held by providing spacers and a nozzle for connecting to a vacuum pump is provided.</p> |
