PURPOSE:To improve the uniformity of melting degree in the part to be welded of a resin member by providing the group of hot blast-blowing out narrow holes, and the hot blast chamber positioned on the side of the rear surface of a continuous groove and supplied with the hot blast generated in a hot blast generator and further communicating the other end of each hot blast-blowing out narrow hole in the group of hot blast-blowing out narrow holes. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle device is composed of the nozzle parts 1 of metallic sheet- shape, the lower nozzle parts 3 of metallic sheet-shape arranged on the side of the back surface of the nozzle parts 1 and the space 4 arranged in between the lower nozzle parts 3. The continuous groove 5 with a prescribed groove depth is formed into the pattern shape opposite to the part 7 to be welded forming the circular ring shape of a resin member 6 on the surface of the nozzle part 1. The nozzle part 1 and the lower nozzle part 3 constitute a first hot blast chamber 9, and a second hot blast chamber 10 is constructed in between the lower nozzles 3. The second hot blast changer 10 is connected to the hot blast feeding part of a hot blast generator 11. In the continuous groove 5, may hot blast-glowing out narrow-holes 13 are arranged with a prescribed distance in the shape of a ring along the extending direction of the continuous groove 5. |
