PURPOSE:To realize high efficiency and high output, by determining the magnitude of exciting current for specifying output torque, with control of an inductance and capacitor having no energy loss. CONSTITUTION:Into the both ends of exciting coils A, B, transistors 10a...10d are respectively inserted. At the time of starting, by the output of AND circuits 29a, 29b, the electrical conduction of 180 degrees to the exciting coils A, B is performed. Capacitors 22a, 22b are charged with energy stored in the exciting coils A, B, via diodes 23a, 23b, and transistors 24a, 24b. The stored electric charge of the capacitors 22a, 22b is discharged to the exciting coils A, B, and is converted to output torque. |
