摘要 PURPOSE:To contrive the reduction in cost by measuring a communication line characteristic by utilizing not the AGC voltage of an automatic gain control amplifier but the tap coefficient of an adaptive matching filter. CONSTITUTION:In addition to a receiver composed of an M (M is an integer number) automatic gain control amplifiers (AGC AMP) 1, the M adaptive matching filters(AMF) 3, one synthesizer 4, one PSK demodulator 5 and one data signal modulator 6, a communication line characteristic measuring device is composed of two A/D converters 9, one ROM10 and one data processing circuit 11. A receiving signal in the respective routes of an M-multiple diversity is inputted to the AGC AMP1 of a constant gain and amplified by the constant gain. After that, the signal is inputted to the AMF3 respectively. The measurement is executed by utilizing not the AGC voltage but the central tap coefficient of the AMF3. Thus, an AGC voltage straightening circuit is eliminated and the cost is reduced.
