Disposable ashtray or container, made from a single blank of cardboard or other material, intended to form a container and an open-work lid from a suitably cut and folded blank, consisting of a bottom 3 to which the parts 1, 2 and 6 are joined by fold lines, intended to form the outer walls, which are extended on each side by lines for folding with flaps 5, assembled with the outer face of the part 2, as well as flaps 4, assembled with the inner face of the part 6, the lid 8 being joined by a fold line to the panel 6 as well as to a folding panel 10 which is adhesively bonded or assembled on to the outer part of the triangle 2a of the folding panel 2; the flaps 7, which are bevelled, being folded towards the inside of the object and closing the open-worked part 9, thus making the ashtray or container hermetically closed after use of the said invention. <IMAGE>
