PURPOSE:To reduce the irregularity of printing force as low as possible, by performing polishing processing in such a state that a jig is directly held so as not to move each armature at an attraction state position. CONSTITUTION:A jig consisting of a gate-shape jig main body 71 holding the whole of a printing mechanism part A and a holding member 72 having the same gate-shape arranged inside said main body and holding the part of an armature 10 so as not to move the same is used to perform the polishing processing of the surface 10a of the armature 10. That is, the printing mechanism part A is covered with the jig main body 71 and the side wall of a guide member 21 is fastened to the side parts 71a, 71b of the jig main body 71 by mount screws 73, 74. The screw 75 mounted to the center of an upper end horizontal part 71c is brought into contact with the center of the upper end horizontal part 72a of a holding member 72 and the lower ends of the leg parts 72b, 72c of the holding member 72 are inserted in the piercing holes 20a formed to the mount stand 20 of the printing mechanism part A to be brought into contact with the armature 10. |
