PURPOSE:To stably displace a movable element in parallel to the expansion and contraction direction of a piezoelectric element, by arranging a quadric parallel link mechanism, which displaces the movable element on the basis of the expansion and contraction of the piezoelectric element in parallel to the expansion and contraction direction of said piezoelectric element, between a frame and the movable element. CONSTITUTION:A quadric parallel link mechanism 15 for guiding a movable element 5 in parallel to the expansion and contraction direction of a piezoelectric element 1 on the basis of the expansion and contraction of said piezoelectric element 1 is arranged between a frame 2 and the movable element 5. This parallel link mechanism 16 is constituted of a pair of link plates 17 formed by applying the punching and bending processing of a press to one elastically deformable leaf spring material and the connection part 26 connecting both link plates 17. A pair of the link plates 17 are respectively equipped with longitudinal link parts 18, 19 parallel to the expansion and contraction direction of the piezoelectric element 1 and the lateral link parts 20, 21 constructed between both longitudinal link parts 18, 19 through elastically deformable hinge parts 22, 23, 24, 25 to form the quadric parallel link mechanism. |
