PURPOSE:To realize a low loss by using a bipolar transistor and a high speed switching element such as a power MOSFET in parallel as a horizontal output transistor. CONSTITUTION:A first horizontal output transistor 4 is a bipolar transistor and a second horizontal output transistor 5 is a power MOSFET. Compared with a bipolar transistor, an element with a faster switching speed is used for the second horizontal output transistor. A first horizontal deflecting driving circuit 2 is composed by using a transformer,etc., used for an ordinary television receiver,etc., a second horizontal deflecting driving circuit 3 is connected to the first horizontal deflecting driving circuit 2, and only while the reverse direction base current of the first horizontal output transistor 4 flows, the second horizontal output transistor 5 is conducted. Thus, a switching loss can be minimized. |
