PURPOSE:To reduce resistance by adding fluorine to zinc oxide as principal component. CONSTITUTION:A transparent conductive membrane useful for a solar battery, with a reduced electric resistance and with a transmission ratio not much lowered, is easily prepared, by adding fluorine of 0.05 to 30% by weight to a transparent conductive membrane containing zinc oxide as a principle component. |
