PURPOSE: To miniaturize an ion conductive acceleration meter by arranging an ion conductive substance in the recessed part of a housing with at least three electrodes, pressing a cap into the recessed part, and filling an ion conductive substance in a space between the housing and the cap. CONSTITUTION: A recessed part 31 is provided in a cylindrical housing 30 made of such electrical insulation material as ceramic and edges AB, AC, and AD are formed in pyramid shape where they cross each other along X, Y, and Z directions. Also, four electrodes are adhered to each corner of the pyramid and a lead wire 36 is connected. Then, after a specific amount of ion conductive substance is arranged at the bottom of the recessed part 31, a cap 34 is pressed into the recessed part 31 and an ion conductive substance is pressed around the cap 34 for filling a gap, thus electrically making connection to each electrode and hence miniaturizing an acceleration meter. |
