发明名称 APPARATUS FOR CALCULATING EFFECTIVE DOSE EQUIVALENT
摘要 PURPOSE:To easily evaluate an effective dose equivalent in an arbitrary radiation field, by calculating the dose equivalent of the tissue of each human organ from measured energy and angle dependent radiant flux at every radiant kind in detail. CONSTITUTION:The kind, energy and angle dependence radiant flux of each radiation incident to a human body are measured by an energy/angle dependence radiant flux measuring device 1. This measured radiant flux is used as a radiation source to calculate radiant flux at every tissue of each organ, for example, by radiation transport calculation in a radiant flux calculator 2 using a human body model such as an MIRD phantom wherein the composition and shape of the issue of the organ in a human body stored in a human model MIRD phantom memory device 3 are formed into a model. Then, a dose equivalent at every tissue of each organ is calculated from the radiant flux on the basis of the kerma factor and quality factor of the constitutional component of the tissue of each organ in each radiant kind by a dose equivalent calculator 4 and the sum total of products of the dose equivalent of the tissue of each organ and the load coefficient stored in a load coefficient memory apparatus 7 is added by an effective dose equivalent calculator 6 to calculate an effective dose equivalent.
