Cleaning fork

Cleaning fork for the simultaneous loading and cleaning of beet and similar agricultural products. Loading and cleaning have hitherto been possible only in separate operations. In the cleaning fork, these operations are carried out during the loading operation in the loading fork. This is achieved in that agitating arms are fastened to a shaft extending transversely relative to the loading direction in the loading fork. These agitating arms are bent and are moved at a low rotational speed. The agitating arms engage between and under the tines of the loading fork, at the same time travel under the beet and move this. Adhereing earth can fall off. The cleaning fork allows a cost-effective loading and, at the same time, cleaning of beet. Moreover, such a cleaning fork can easily be carried on the front loader of a tractor. <IMAGE>
