PURPOSE:To avoid the waste of copying paper and to reduce trouble for a jamming processing by discharging all copying paper in a copying device to a non-processing discharge paper part, when a document jamming is detected in a non-processing discharge paper mode, and thereafter, stopping the copying operation. CONSTITUTION:When the document jamming is generated in a shift tray mode, all copying paper in the inside is discharged to a shift tray 50 without stopping the operation of a copying device body 1 and a processor 4, and thereafter, the operation of the copying device body 1 is stopped. In this case, in the copying paper discharged to the shift tray 50, sometimes blank paper which is not copied is mixed, therefore, in such a case, a message for eliminating its blank paper is outputted to the display part 27 of the copying device body 1. In such a way, the waste of the copying paper is avoided, and the trouble for the jamming processing can be reduced. |
