PURPOSE:To prevent a carrier from being captured in a charge transfer layer, and to increase photo-memory effect of a photosensitive body on the charge receiving capacity by providing an electrolytically polymerized film laminated on an electroconductive base plate and a charge transfer layer laminated on said electrolytically polymerized film. CONSTITUTION:An electrolytically polymerized film 11 laminated on an electroconductive base plate 10 and a charge transfer layer 12 laminated on said electrolytically polymerized film are provided. Since the electrolytically polymerized film 11 is insoluble in an org. solvent, the electrolytically polymerized film 11 causes no diffusion as a memory material into the charge transfer layer 12 even if the charge transfer layer 12 is formed by a coating process on the film 11. Moreover, negative ions can be doped in the film 11 during polymerization. Thus, photo-memory effect can be enhanced, and a carrier is not captured in the charge transfer layer 12 since the electrolytically polymerized film 11 and the charge transfer layer are formed in separate two layers. |
