The invention relates to a motor vehicle with a driver's cab and a bottom section on which behind the driver's cab a vertically adjustable body can be mounted, there being arranged on the roof of the driver's cab an aerodynamically shaped roof sleeping cabin, the room height of which can be increased in size by means of a lifting roof. In order to reduce the aerodynamic drag of a body rising above the roof sleeping cabin, the lifting roof can be matched to the height of the body in the manner of a wind deflector.
