A sealing bush for lines or the like which are to be guided through wall openings, which consists of an elastic material and can be clamped into a wall opening, is intended to be configured such that it can be mounted more easily. In particular, it is intended to be constructed such that, in the case of lines which have already been introduced through the wall opening, it can be subsequently clamped in in a simple and reliable manner. For this purpose, a ring consisting of a relatively rigid material is moulded into a relatively highly elastic bush material, from which ring there extend individual latching protrusions which are designed in a radially resilient manner and are intended for introduction into the wall opening. The bushes can, in particular in the case of only one opening, be provided with an axial sealing lip for insertion into a wall opening with a plurality of openings for the lead-through of lines.
