By pressing on the handle section (6), the hollow space (12) undergoes a reduction in volume and the displaced air is forced out through an opening (18) in the handle section (6). Arranged in the opening (18) is a reed pipe (20) or the like, which converts at least part of the kinetic energy of the flowing air into audible air vibrations.
