PURPOSE:To prevent the reaction of a molded article with a molding pan during calcination and to keep the preventive effect in high workability, by covering a calcination pan made of a refractory material with a sheet composed of ZrO2 powder and an organic binder. CONSTITUTION:A calcination pan 11 made of a refractory material is covered with a sheet 12 composed of ZrO2 powder and an organic binder. A ceramic molded article 13 for ceramic capacitor, etc., is placed on the sheet and calcined. the sheet 12 can be produced either by extrusion-forming a kneaded mixture of 60-90wt.% of ZrO2 powder and 40-10wt.% of an acrylic, polypropylene or rubber binder or by dipping a base plate into a slurry containing the above components and drying the plate after extracting from the slurry. For a reaction-sensitive article, the quality of the product can be maintained more effectively by properly selecting the particle diameter of the ZrO2 powder. |
