<p>PURPOSE:To industrially prepare a honeycomb core, by arranging the respective welded regions of a laminate at a definite interval within the same gap layer between sheet materials and while arranging the same so as to be mutually shifted at a definite interval from each other in the adjacent gap layers. CONSTITUTION:An aromatic polyimide sheet material having a secondary transition temp. range of 250-400 deg.C is used. Sheet materials 1a, 1b are superposed on each other through spacers 3a, 3b..., and the parts held between heat sealers 2a, 2a', 2b, 2b'... are heated and pressed. Next, the spacers and the heat sealers are detached and the sheet material 1c is further superposed on the formed laminate 4 through spacers 3a, 3..., heat sealers 2a', 2b'... are inserted in the gaps of welded regions 5a, 5b, and the other heat sealers 2a, 2b... are arranged on the side opposite to the laminate 4 of the newly superposed sheet material 1c to be pressed under heating. In the same way, the welded regions are arranged at a definite interval so as to be respectively shifted by a half of said interval in the adjacent gap layers.</p> |
