<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the fitting of a molding metal mold and to make it possible to perform the work automatically by a method wherein resin is molded by covering the outside of the sliding piece, which is equipped with the metal wires planted on the horizontal part positioned on the lower part of an L-shaped metal plate. CONSTITUTION:A sliding element is composed of an L-shaped metal plate 11 formed by press-welding the metal plate such as an Ni alloy and the like, and the metal wires 12 such as an Ag-Pd-Cu alloy and the like which are planted on the L-shaped horizontal part of the metal plate 11. Said metal wires 12 are lined up in vertical direction at the prescribed angle with the L-shaped vertical part of the metal plate 11, and in order to stabilize the sliding contact condition with the element of variable electronic parts, the tips of the metal wires 12 are bent at about 90 deg. giving them the prescribed radius so that they come in contact with the element on the cirved surface. A connecting part 113 has the function to support the metal plate 11, and it is connected to a linking part 14. After the sliding element 1 has been insert-molded in a supporting part 2, the L-shaped vertical part of the metal plate 11 is cut in the vicinity of the surface of the supporting part 2, the vertical part is separated into individual pieces, and a sliding contact mechanism can be obtained.</p> |
