Claims for the Contracting State : AT Process for the obtention of a conjugate between a monovalent carboxylic ionophore and a macromolecule, characterized in that it consists in coupling the said monovalent carboxylic ionophore by means of a covalent bond with a macromolecule selected from the antibodies, antibody fragments, proteins such as peptide hormones or human proteins, peptide ligands and mixed macromolecules obtained by covalent coupling of an antibody and a protein.
