PURPOSE:To prevent the loosening and cut-off of a band material and dispense with speed regulation by outputting a speed difference value corresponding to a paper width in a process from a narrow width to the whole width at the time of selectingly inserting a sheet of paper, and switching over to an ordinary speed difference increase/decrease setting device at the time of reaching the whole width after completing the insertion of the sheet of paper. CONSTITUTION:A relay Ry is operated so as to output a speed difference signal outputted from a function generator 6 at the time of inserting a sheet of paper (paper width between W1 and W2), while being operated so as to output a speed difference signal outputted from a speed difference operating circuit 8 at the point of time when a paper width reached the whole width (paper width W2). Thereby, a speed difference signal corresponding to the paper width is outputted at the time of inserting a sheet of paper while outputting a speed difference signal obtained from a speed difference increase setter 9 and a speed difference decrease setter 10 in an ordinary operation, at the time of the whole width to obtain a speed difference signal corresponding to a paper width. A speed difference signal obtained by switching over between a speed difference signal from the function generator 6 and the speed difference signal from speed difference increase/decrease setting devices 9, 10 by means of the relay Ry is added to a line speed reference to give a speed reference to a motor control device 3. |
