PURPOSE:To miniaturize a device, to make it inexpensive and to save heating energy by heating an extreme infrared ray generating material, for example, with a power source to about 30 deg.C-60 deg.C, generating the extreme infrared ray in a large quantity, giving it to an object, preventing the propagation of a germ and sterilizing. CONSTITUTION:An extreme infrared ray generating member 15 and a permeability film 6 are bonded on the rear of a cover 4 of a small tank 1 used as a cleaner. The extreme infrared ray generating member 5 is heated from a power source 10 through a lead wire 9, for example, to 38 deg.C, generates the extreme infrared ray and an inlet side (primary side) is irradiated from a filter 7. The extreme infrared ray generating member 5 fitted to the inside of an outside fitting substrate 8 irradiates an outlet side (secondary side) from the filter 7. It is necessary to make the part to provide the extreme infrared ray generating member 5 fitted at the substrate 8 of a tank at least into the extreme infrared ray permeability. Thus, the extreme infrared ray generating member 5 is heated by the power source 10, thus, the extreme infrared ray is generated and the prevention of the propagation of the germ or the sterilization can be promoted. |
