Transfer letters - on a polyethylene backing which can be coloured as required

The letters are transferred to the required surface by rubbing with a hard top as in parent patent in which the colourless lacquer on the letters contains an additive making the letters slightly milky and when coloured with a colouring pen, the solvent in the dye makes the elemens soft and tacky after which they can be transferred by pressure rubbing.
