PURPOSE:To perform stable heat sealing work, by arranging a surface cutting apparatus, which cuts the heat sealed part of a polyolefin resin layer treated with fluorine gas to expose the resin layer to the surface, to the manufacturing line in front of a heat sealing apparatus. CONSTITUTION:Fluorine gas treatment is applied to a laminated material 11 at the time of the melting of a polyolefinic resin layer under heating, and the surface heat-sealed parts 23, 24 of said material 11 are cut in a thickness of about 0.1-10mum by a surface cutting device 15 to remove a fluorinated polyolefinic resin layer. ln this case, the heat-sealed part 24 crossing the feed direction at right angles is cut by a lateral cutting roller 15a, and the parallel heat-sealed part 23 is cut by a longitudinal cutting roller 15b. The cut waste is removed by a cut waste removing apparatus 6. Next, the laminated material 11 is equally cut into two sections by a cutting apparatus 17 and the cut sections are superposed by a superposing apparatus 18. Succeedingly, the polyolefinic resin layer is opposed to be heat-sealed by lateral and longitudinal heat sealing devices 19a, 19b. |
