PURPOSE:To increase the decomposition voltage of an electrolyte by a method wherein the electrolyte is formed with the acrylic elastomer composition in which the low molecular salt of 0.1-20 pts.wt. is compounded against the acrylic elastomer of 100 pts.wt. CONSTITUTION:The electrolyte provided between electrodes is made of the acrylic elastomer composition formed by adding the low molecular salt of 0.1-20 pts.wt., desirably 1-10 pts.wt., to the acrylic elastomer of 100 pts.wt. As the decomposition voltage of the electrolyte can be maintained high and its withstand voltage can also be increased, the number of lamination can be reduced when the prescribed voltage is attained. |
