摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the surface luster of a coated film without degrading the performance of magnetic powder by interposing a multifunctional low-molecular compd. between a binder resin and the magnetic powder and preventing adsorption of a fatty acid of >=10C having an oxygen-donating atomic group. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic layer 2 essentially consisting of the magnetic powder and the binder is provided on a nonmagnetic body 1. The binder is formed by introducing a tertiary amine which is a basic polar group into a polyurethane resin. Citric acid which is the multifunctional low-molecular compd. and myristic acid which is the fatty acid are added and mixed to and with a magnetic coating compd. consisting of the above-mentioned binder, cobalt-contg. iron oxide as the magnetic powder and a solvent. The mixture is taken out after dehydration. The magnetic layer 2 formed by coating of such magnetic coating compd., has the fatty acid of >=10C. The multifunctional low-molecular compd. binds well to the magnetic iron powder and the binder resin to prevent the adsorption of the fatty acid of >=10C having the oxygen- donating atomic group, thereby exhibiting the lubricating compd. having the high surface luster is obtd. without degrading the dispersion stability of the powder and the boundary face reinforcing property of the coated film.
