The invention relates to a latent catalyst for epoxy resin containing compounds according to formula 1 <CHEM> in which: R<1> = C1-C10 alkyl or aryl R<2> and R<3> are the same or different C1-C6 alkyl, C6-C8 aryl or R<2> and R<3> form together a 4-8 membered ring in which: R<1>, R<2> and/or R<3> can contain an ether-oxygen or sulphur atom and in which: S and o are hydrogen or an aliphatic or an aromatic group.
