<p>PURPOSE:To retain freshness and preserve a food without drying the food, by containing the food in a storing container having a high-frequency electromagnetic field generator and generating a high-frequency electromagnetic field in the storing container. CONSTITUTION:A food, such as vegetable, is contained in a storing container 1, having a high-frequency electromagnetic field generator and used for storing the food and high frequency is fed from an oscillator 3 to an antenna 5 to generate a high-frequency electromagnetic field in the above-mentioned storing container 1. Thereby, the food is activated to retain freshness thereof.</p> |
