<p>Three dimensional pictures and objects and a method producing thee dimensional pictures and objects which involves the manipulation and sculpturing of a pliable mass of material to which has been affixed, directly or by a transfer process, a picture, which picture is contained in a pliable film of material, and the using of the picture as a guide to said manipulation; the subjecting of the manipulated, sculptured, mass to a hardening process; the plastic lamination of a pliable film, which pliable film contains a picture which is of the same object as was the picture used in the sculpturing process, and which pliable film is preferably a photograph from which the backing has been removed; and the mounting of the hardened manipulated mass of material and the plastic laminated pliable film into a "vacuum forming"machine and using said machine to cause the laminated pliable film to assume a third dimension, the elevations and depressions of which correspond to those realistically associated with the object which is subject of the picture in the pliable film. Optional steps involve the mounting of the resulting three dimensional picture in a display device, or the combining of a multiplicity of said three dimensional pictures to form a three dimensional object.</p> |
