<p>The prosthesis comprises a tube of interlaced-threads construction, stabilised by a thin binder strand, pref. apoly-propylene monofilament which is overlaid and fused to the tube exterior. Opt. the tube is spirally corrugated, and the binder strand lies in the valleys of the corrugations. Specifically the tube is woven or knitted threads of polyester such as polyethylene terephthalate, or PTFE.</p> |
