<p>PURPOSE:To visually show a position of time data by setting a cursor position, based on the time data as a reference, in a technique for showing a position of data displayed on a CRT screen at the cursor position in a band-like area, with respect to the whole data of a time series. CONSTITUTION:A time reading device 12 scans data recorded in a data recorder 11, reads time data (a), (b) of the first and the last data, and record them in time recorder 13, respectively. A display time reading device 14 reads time data (c) of data (C) displayed on a screen of a CRT 18. A cursor position calculating device 15 calculates a position of the data (C) to the whole data (A), based on the time as a reference by calculating d=(c-a)/(b-a). A time zone display device 16 displays a band-like area (D), and also, displays a cursor (E) at such a position as becomes x:y=d:(1-d). In such a way, a position of the time data can be show visually.</p> |
