摘要 PURPOSE:To stabilize the interval between oscillating frequencies of a plurality of laser apparatuses, by dividing the output light of each laser apparatus into two parts, synthesizing one of the divided lights, inputting the light into one optical resonator, dividing the light again, synthesizing the light with the other divided laser light, and stabilizing the oscillating frequency of each laser device into one resonant frequency of the optical resonator. CONSTITUTION:Each of the output lights of laser apparatus 1-3 is divided into two parts in fiber couplers 4-6. One divided light is synthesized in an optical synthesizer 7. The light passes through an optical resonator 8 and an optical frequency shifter 9. Then the frequency of the light is converted. The transmitted light is divided into three in an optical frequency divider 10. The lights are synthesized with the other divided laser lights in optical fiber couplers 11-13. The lights are made to pass through band pass filters 17-19 of 90-110MHz through optical detectors 14-16. The beat components are taken out and detected in detectors 20-22. Since the outputs are proportional to the intensities of the transmitting light in the resonator 8, the maximum value is controlled with said signal as a control signal. The oscillating frequency of the laser apparatus 1 can be stabilized into the central frequency of the resonant peak of the resonator 8. The frequencies of the apparatuses 2 and 3 can be stabilized at the central frequencies of the other resonant peaks.
