摘要 PURPOSE:To utilize enzyme repeatedly and to take a measurement with high sensitivity even when a chemical reaction speed is fast by charging particles which have enzyme for chemical light emission acceleration fixed on their surfaces in a cell which a sample and reacting liquid which has chemical reaction with the sample are passed. CONSTITUTION:A light-transmissive tube 24 which contacts a reflecting surface 18A is charged with particles which have enzyme for chemical light emission acceleration fixed on their surfaces. Particles which have enzyme for chemical light emission acceleration fixed on their surfaces are charged in the cell which the sample and reacting liquid which reacts chemically with the sample are passed. Consequently, the enzyme is used repeatedly, which is economical. Further, even if light emission is caused right after the sample is mixed with the reacting liquid in the presence of the enzyme, the peak of the chemical light emission can be detected and the high-sensitivity measurement is therefore performed.
